Medior/Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer

What You Will Do

You will solve problems encountered by parking owners and our partners. You will work in a small team with other developers and develop user-friendly features. Every two weeks, you will provide an update to everyone and stay informed about everything at Vicky.

We are looking for an accomplished Medior/Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join our team. You will work in a small, motivated team in a startup that moves at a fast pace. If you are dedicated to crafting seamless, scalable, and innovative solutions using a Fullstack JavaScript stack, we encourage you to apply.

You will primarily write new code, as we don’t have legacy code. You can decide how to optimize processes but discuss it with your team. In addition, Vicky is expanding internationally, so if possible, you will also work on our app in other countries.

Skills Required

To work as a Fullstack Developer, you need the following skills:

Frontend Development:

• Proficiency in React.js for creating responsive and user-centric interfaces.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design for an impeccable user experience.

Backend Development:

• Expertise in Node.js for server-side development.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs for high performance and reliability.

Database Integration:

• Experience working with databases, preferably Google Firebase.
• Ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

TypeScript:

• Strong command of TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers.
• Articulate communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on JavaScript technologies.
• Strong proficiency in React(Native), Node.js, TypeScript, and Google Firebase.
• Previous experience in a senior role is preferred.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Familiarity with cloud services and expertise in serverless architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of best practices in security and data protection.
