Partner Manager
Kom jij ons team versterken als customer service agent? We ontvangen jouw CV graag! Je geboortedatum en/of pasfoto meesturen is niet nodig.
Dit ga je doen
Je werkt bij Vicky, maar zit vaker aan de tafel bij andere bedrijven. Op een creatieve en eigen manier weet jij nieuwe klanten aan je te binden. Of ze nu parkeerplekken willen verhuren of juist nodig hebben, jij verkoopt Vicky. Je bepaalt zelf hoe je dat doet.
Nieuwe klanten voeg je toe aan je eigen portfolio. Daarnaast houd je contact met bestaande klanten en zorg je dat de klantrelatie goed zit. Je bespreekt met je team gezellig jullie lopende klanten en deals. Tips om een deal te sluiten? Die geef én krijg je graag.
Dit moet je kunnen
Als partner manager aan de slag? Dan heb je deze skills:
- Je hebt +2 jaar ervaring met sales
- Je maakt snel contact met allerlei verschillende mensen
- Je legt het concept van Vicky goed uit, in Nederlands, Engels en misschien Duits
Dit krijg je van ons
Voor al je harde werk, krijg je dit van ons terug:
- Tussen € 2000 en € 3000 bruto op fulltime basis
- 25 vakantiedagen
- 1 funday per week, waarin je buiten je standaardwerk om bepaalt wat je doet
- Budget en tijd voor cursussen
- Eens in de maand Heineken afterwork borrel
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden, binnen Vicky en in het buitenland
- Op elke Vicky locatie gratis parkeren
- Korting op kamers en diners van Vicky locaties

Ons sollicatieprocess
Applying with us is a piece of cake. With Vicky it’s all about the conversation. We will understand you and you will understand us. Is it a fit? Then we go one step further. Easy peasy, right?
Initial interview
You send us your motivation and CV. Then we will have a nice exploratory conversation where we get to know you and you get to know us and Vicky. You have that conversation with Steven . Did that go well? Then we are also curious about your skills.
Assessment
Reason to be nervous? No. We do a role play in which we are curious about how you approach a sales conversation. We test your empathy and how quickly you absorb tips. We do this at a different location than our head office. You will hear that automatically.
Welcome Viking!
Our team consists of Vikings. In the final conversation we will discuss your contract. Then we will have a final drink at the bar with the entire team and the founders. This way you get to know everyone a little and they get to know you too.
