Can I park outside my subscription?

Yes you can! If the availability of the garage allows, you can park both earlier or later than your subscription states. You’ll pay the regular hourly rate for the time that your car was parked outside your subscription. Do you want to be guaranteed to have a parking spot before or after your access package? In that case you can easily make a reservation for the entire period that you’d want to park your car. The app will automatically take your subscription into account.

Where can I find my access package?

If you’ve gotten a Vicky subscription, you’ll be assigned an access package in the app. Where will you find it? Click on the “More” button at the bottom of the menu and then on “Access packages”. Click on the location that you’ve purchased an access package for. I’ll guide you to the location screen. As soon as your access package is activated, a purple button “Enter parking spot” will appear. Via this purple button you can park using your subscription. When you leave again, press the purple button “Exit parking spot” to exit the garage. Tip #1: The purple button won’t appear if you’ve entered multiple licence plates. Make sure to select the correct licence plate and the button will appear automatically! Tip #2: You can add the Vicky location for which you purchased an access package to your favourites. 

I would like a subscription, where would I find it?

You’ll find the fees for long-term parking (subscriptions) at the various parking locations on our website. Here you can request a subscription at the bottom of the form. On working days Vicky will contact you within 24 hours.

Kan ik buiten mijn toegangspakket parkeren?

Ja dat kan! Vicky stelt je in staat om eerder of later dan jouw abonnement te parkeren. Dit is enkel mogelijk als de beschikbaarheid van de garage het toelaat. Je betaalt dan het reguliere uurtarief voor de tijd dat je buiten jouw abonnement hebt gestaan.

Wil je een gegarandeerde parkeerplek voor of na jouw toegangspakket? Dan kun je eenvoudig een reservering maken voor de gehele periode dat je wilt parkeren. De app houdt automatisch rekening met jouw abonnementsvorm.

Waar vind ik mijn toegangspakket?

Als je bij Vicky een abonnement hebt afgesloten krijg je in de app een toegangspakket toegewezen. Deze vind je via de knop “Meer” onderin het menu en dan “Toegangspakketten”. Klik op de locatie waar je het toegangspakket hebt en je komt bij het scherm van de locatie. Zodra jouw toegangspakket is ingegaan én geactiveerd is op basis van de toegangspakket tijden dan verschijnt er een paarse knop “Parkeerplek inrijden”. Via deze paarse knop parkeer je pre-paid op jouw abonnement. Als je weer vertrekt druk je op de paarse knop “Parkeerplek uitrijden” om de garage weer te verlaten.

Tip #1: Indien je meerdere kentekens hebt opgevoerd, selecteer dan het juiste kenteken in je account anders komen de paarse knoppen niet naar boven.
Tip #2: Je kunt jouw Vicky locatie met toegangspakket ook toevoegen aan je favorieten.
